PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN UNDER 13

 

Parents or guardians are required to register for any students under age 13.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

 

If you need to cancel your registration, a refund, less $10 processing fee, will be given until 24 hours prior to the start date of your chosen camp. Due tosupply and teacher commitments we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time. If space is available, you may transfer to alternate camp week yet to be planned in the future.

 

The Awesome Kid camp reserves the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be made.

 

 

PICK-UP/DROP-OFF

 

If you are responsible for picking-up or dropping-off your child, please do so promptly. The drop-off period is only 10 minutes after your chosen session concludes. Our staff will be busy in the other camps.

 

Pick-up and drop-off will be from 618 Newington lane, Sugar land, TX 44 479. In case of any change in the pickup plan, a written consent or an email from the primary or secondary parent would be required before campers can be released to a person unknown to the staff, or other than their parents/guardian themselves.
